Topic 2: Access to Education and Employment

Young people with visual impairments often face multiple barriers in accessing education and employment. Although there are inclusive policies and specialised programmes in many European countries, challenges such as insufficient infrastructure, limited resources, social stigma and lack of workplace adaptations continue to affect their opportunities.
